• Enterprise solutions

The specific scope of services depends on the booked plan.

Creating a user account is required to use certain features. The user undertakes to:

• treat their access data confidentially,
• prevent unauthorised access.

The user is liable for all activities that take place via their user account to the extent they are responsible for them.

The platform may only be used within the framework of applicable law and these Terms of Use. In particular, the following are permitted:

In the event of violations, access may be temporarily or permanently blocked.

The platform provides AI-powered features. Content generated by AI is intended solely as support. The user remains solely responsible for all published content.

4BIZZ assumes no warranty for

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Timeliness
• Legal admissibility
• Economic suitability

of AI-generated content.

The user is responsible for:

• all uploaded content
• published texts
• images
• videos
• marketing campaigns
• email campaigns
• advertisements
• legal requirements of their business model

The user ensures that all content complies with applicable law.

4BIZZ strives for the highest possible availability of the platform. Maintenance work, updates or technical faults may lead to temporary restrictions. There is no claim to uninterrupted availability at all times.

4BIZZ continuously develops the platform. Features may be extended, adapted or discontinued, provided this does not impair the essential purpose of the contract.

All software, designs, logos, texts, graphics and other content of the platform are protected by copyright. Without express consent, these may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used.

The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy. This is available on the website at any time.

4BIZZ is entitled to block user accounts wholly or partially if

• these Terms of Use are violated,
• there are security risks,
• legal obligations require it,
• misuse of the platform is detected.

4BIZZ is liable in accordance with statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is — to the extent permitted by law — limited to typical, foreseeable damage.

4BIZZ may adapt these Terms of Use insofar as this is necessary due to technical, legal or economic developments. Registered users will be informed of significant changes in good time.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, unless mandatory legal provisions preclude this. Should a provision of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
